This Thing Out
Sean/Edgerynn here. I am attempting to use this space to find the solution for my combat rogue's under-performance and provide a useful guide for those who join the guild with the desire to work within the shadows. Additionally, my body's performance has been sub-par for a little over year, and with a wedding coming up in June I need to turn that trend around quick. Do the two correlate? My inability to play my rogue didn't make me fat per say, but the long grind to 85 sure as hell didn't take inches off my waist. It is my hope to provide a little quick hits as well to a healthier life style without sacrificing game time, or not much anyhow ;).
Let's get to it. Taking a page from Drew Magary's self humiliation weight loss method - I'll post the fatness as frequently as possible. The fatness stands at 187lbs.
This weeks solution:Planet Fitness' 30 minute workout
Run two miles and hit the weight's and leg lift stands!
Things to Remember:
-Stretch before Running Because I'm Old
-Wipe up ass sweat from weight machines
-Swallow pride as 70-80 year old women run through this workout with ease while I struggle for air
-Listen to nice beats - flavor of this week -

Extremely handy when you have zero clue on day one of what exactly you are supposed to spend your talent points on and you don't want to waste gold later on redoing it.
